    Responsibilities of the Candidates:

    • Identify, investigate, and resolve client issues or concerns effectively, escalating when necessary.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to address client inquiries competently.
    • Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction, timely support, and proactive problem resolution.
    • Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions, queries, and solutions.
    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide insights and feedback from clients to help improve processes, products, and services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and cultural nuances to better serve international clients.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably with international clients.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication platforms.
