    Key Responsibilities of the Candidate:

    • Make a high volume of outbound calls (70-80 Connected/Active Calls per day) to potential customers to promote products or services.  
    • Generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.  
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.  
    • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.  
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.  
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.  
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.  

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    Skills:

    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.  
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.  
    • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.  
    • Good time management skills to handle a high volume of calls daily.
