We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts and help us attract and hire top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a wide range of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
    • Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors.
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to refine and improve hiring processes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in recruiting for various roles and industries.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
