In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing our cloud infrastructure and IT service management using ServiceNow and other tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud services
- Leverage ServiceNow to streamline and automate IT service management
- Optimize software solutions to enhance efficiency and performance
- Conduct testing and validation of cloud applications for security and reliability
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot cloud-based systems
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated with evolving cloud technologies and trends
- Document technical specifications and development requirements
- Participate in rotational shifts for continuous system support
- Contribute to cloud development in the property & casualty insurance domain
- Ensure all development activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet business needs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in software asset management and cloud development
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and related tools
- Experience in the property and casualty insurance domain is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
