- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
