Ekjunction.com is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients or customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Field Visits:
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients face-to-face.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and pricing
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience up to 2+ years of Field Sales experience, preferably in same field
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Nice to Have:
- Sales Certifications: CSP, CSE, or other sales certifications.
