Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, modify, and support new and existing software applications
- Use technical knowledge to create complex applications meeting user specifications
- Analyze and resolve software defects and issues
- Research, create, and edit technical documentation
- Evaluate and review project developments and applications
- Participate in team meetings to discuss software development challenges
Requirements
- Must work on-site in Glen Rock, NJ, 5 days a week (within a 50-mile radius required)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 2-3 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in C#, .Net technologies, and Visual Studio
- Experience with Object-Oriented Design and structured programming
- Strong skills in creating Windows Services, Web Services, Console Applications, and Websites
- Competency in using APIs and knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, React, Node.js, CSS, Bootstrap/Material
- Experience in secure, readable, and maintainable code writing
- Skills in supporting and troubleshooting large software solutions
- Understanding of database design, programming, and SQL
