The role of Business Development & HR Executive!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage partnerships with companies for hiring PROVIZ graduates and trainees.
- Develop strategic collaborations with corporate clients for recruitment, training programs, and internships.
- Act as the key contact for client communications, managing proposals, feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build a network of hiring partners by engaging with HR teams to understand and meet their workforce needs.
- Identify and onboard talented candidates into PROVIZs programs, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for corporate partners.
- Research industry trends and explore opportunities to expand into new markets or industries.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with companies, ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate partnership strategies with organizational goals.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or related fields.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in business development, client relations, or similar roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain key client relationships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
