The role of Business Development & HR Executive!

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Establish and manage partnerships with companies for hiring PROVIZ graduates and trainees.
    • Develop strategic collaborations with corporate clients for recruitment, training programs, and internships.
    • Act as the key contact for client communications, managing proposals, feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Build a network of hiring partners by engaging with HR teams to understand and meet their workforce needs.
    • Identify and onboard talented candidates into PROVIZs programs, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for corporate partners.
    • Research industry trends and explore opportunities to expand into new markets or industries.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with companies, ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate partnership strategies with organizational goals.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or related fields.
    • Experience: 0 to 5 years in business development, client relations, or similar roles.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships.
    • Proven ability to manage and maintain key client relationships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
    • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
