FOY For You is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and enhance user experiences for web and mobile applications through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
    • Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and user flows.
    • Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency in visual elements and branding across all platforms.
    • Test and validate designs through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
    • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative design solutions.
    • Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces that meet business and user needs.
    • Ensure designs are optimized for usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
    • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
    • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and process.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
    • Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
    • Ability to translate complex user requirements into intuitive interfaces.
    • Wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation.
    • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
    • Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
    • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
    • Ability to stay updated with design trends and tools.
